Trusting

These past few weeks there have been somethings deeply bothering my soul. It is amazing how some things in life can affect your spirit and soul and shake you to the core. It doesn't matter what it is, but rather what my reaction is going to be. We all will face different things in life that can shake us, but how we react is key.
 Luke 6:45 says 

"A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. What you say flows from what is in your heart."

I'm slowing down and being still to trust and rest in Jesus. Praying that my words be few and my prayers be constant. 
Trusting and relying on God to be my rock.
